Terms of Service

Effective date: August 31, 2026 · Last updated: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bridge (bridge.computeindex.net), the AI API gateway operated by us ("Bridge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Bridge provides an OpenAI-compatible API that relays your requests to third-party frontier models (DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen, MiniMax and others). Bridge does not operate those models. Model availability, quality and upstream pricing are outside our control, and providers may change or withdraw models at any time. We provide a $1 free trial credit to new accounts so you can evaluate the service without payment.

2. Accounts and API keys

3. Billing and credits

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Bridge to: (a) violate any applicable law, including the laws of your jurisdiction and those applicable to the underlying model providers; (b) generate content that is illegal, or that promotes violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery; (c) build or operate malware, phishing, fraud or other harmful systems; (d) attempt to circumvent metering, rate limits or access controls; (e) overwhelm the platform or interfere with other customers; or (f) resell raw API access without a written agreement with us.

You remain responsible for the outputs the models generate for you and for how you use them.

5. Third-party providers

Model responses come from third-party providers. Your use of their models may additionally be governed by their terms and policies, including content policies. Bridge does not endorse model outputs; they may be inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for your use case. Do not rely on model output for high-stakes decisions without human review.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide no uptime commitment in this phase. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, or by failures at upstream providers. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss or incorrect model output.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Bridge in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using Bridge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your API keys stop working; any remaining balance is handled per Section 3.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted; for material changes we will announce them on our changelog and, where feasible, by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which the Bridge operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
