Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026 ยท Last updated: August 31, 2026

Bridge ("Bridge", "we", "us") operates bridge.computeindex.net, an AI API gateway that lets developers call Chinese frontier models (DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen, MiniMax and others) through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. Data we collect

We do not store your prompt or response message bodies. When you call a model through Bridge, the request content is forwarded to the upstream provider in real time and is not persisted by us beyond the transient handling of the request.

2. What upstream providers receive

Bridge is a relay: the model you select is served by its official provider (e.g. DeepSeek, Zhipu AI, Moonshot AI, Alibaba Cloud, MiniMax) through our channel. Your requests โ€” including message content โ€” are transmitted to that provider to generate responses, and are subject to the provider's own privacy terms. We route requests only to the provider of the model you explicitly chose.

3. How we use your data

4. Cookies and local storage

Bridge stores your session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

5. Data retention and deletion

Usage metadata is retained for the lifetime of your account for billing and reconciliation, and may be kept in aggregated form afterwards. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will remove your personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain records (e.g. financial records for tax and audit purposes).

6. Data processors

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), the upstream model providers you call, and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub) when you choose to sign in with them. Each receives only what is necessary for its function.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@computeindex.net. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Bridge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on our changelog.
